劇情大綱:
魔術之所以迷人，在於無法猜透每個戲法背後的秘密。Angier與Borden兩人原本是一同學習與演出魔術的夥伴，但因為一次的演出意外，導致Angier的太太身亡。從此之後兩人變成了勁敵，為了報復以及超越對方而不斷的互相較勁。但當一個人被仇恨徹底給蒙蔽的時候，他將會做出什麼樣的犧牲來達到目的呢？
